Wedding and private Party policy effective 2024

The Sandwich Fair will no longer be renting the grounds for private events, such as weddings or family parties.  Rental requests will only be considered for public events such as festivals, trade shows, agriculture events.

Please view the event page to view the Fairgrounds schedule.  To request a date, please fill out and submit the rental request form.   Pricing, user guidelines, and all renter responsibility information is located on the request form.

Sandwich fairgrounds rental season

The Sandwich Fair offers a limited schedule for public events from May through October. No rentals 2 weeks prior through a week after the Sandwich Fair.  All buildings on property are not heated or air conditioned and are subject to outside temperatures.  Please read the rental rules and fill out a application at the link below under rental request to request a date.  To pick a date, be sure to review the Event Page to see availability.

Rentals that are public events where attendees pay to by on the grounds such as festivals, music events, camping, flea markets are required to have insurance that names the Sandwich Fair Association as additional insured along with providing proof that the renter has vendor coverage to cover the vendors that are apart of the event on the certificate. If you do not have an insurance provider, insurance can be purchased online from K & K insurance for rentals by clicking here.

2023/24 Reigistration for storage for indoor and outdoor RV, vehicle, and boat winter storage at the fairgrounds(sold out, capacity has been reached for this year)

The storage season is November 1-March 31st annually.  Registration for storage starts each year at the beginning of the first week October and ends when capacity has been reached or November 1st.  Approved items for storage must be delivered to the fairgrounds between the last week of October and the first 2 weeks of November.  The cost for high profile items 8 feet or higher and less than 12 feet is $350 for the season (Sold Out)  Over 12′ in height is $400 (Sold Out). Low profile items and cars, which is less than 8 feet in height is $250 for indoor storage.  $200 for the season for outdoor stored Vehicle, RV or Boat, any size. (*Pricing Subject to Change) Indoor spots for inside Vehicle/RV/Boat (unit) storage are limited due to height clearances.  Indoor is cold storage (not heated).  Make sure all stored equipment is winterized.  A copy of the proof of insurance coverage for the unit is required to be uploaded to the online registration form.   Uninsured units are not permitted.  A  online waver/request form must be filled out and submitted and approval must be received prior to delivery of the unit.  Once a unit is delivered to storage, it may only be removed once at the end of the storage season.   Upon approval, items can start to be delivered at specified times the last week of October thru the first two weeks of November and be removed the last week of March and first week of April.

*Once the Winter Storage Form is filled out and submitted, you see a screen that you have successfully submitted your form and directions for contacting and brining in your item(s) for storage.  Make sure to save that information.  You will also have a email from Google Forms with a copy of your form. This is sent immediately following clicking submit.  Please check your spam/Junk folder.
